The ECS Sub Surface Administration group is a division of Empire City Subway Company that provides consulting and project management services to the communications industry. Presently, our largest customer is Verizon New York. We do provide services to other communications concerns on a limited basis.

We provide many services, including, but not limited to: conduit construction consulting, conduit construction outsourcing, project management, rodding and roping, manhole surveys and analysis, tone and marking administration, municipal interference negotiations, joint utility coordinators, damage prevention analysis, pre-engineering services and third-party inspection services.

The ECS Sub Surface Administration is located in Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Nassau and Suffolk counties of New York.
